It dissolves instantly inside your mouth. It may be used whenever and wherever desired. 建议使用：

• 每天按照下述剂量服用6 次 ，无需用水。两次服用间隔至少 2 小时。
  
  成人（15 岁及以上）：1 包
  
• 儿童（注意：儿童服用需在成人监督和指导之下。） 
  
• 11-14 岁：2/3 包
  
• 7-10 岁：1/2 包
• 3-6 岁：1/3 包
• 3 岁以下：不要服用
